Our church is made up of people from different nationalities and backgrounds, ranging from families to single professionals, retired and those seeking employment.
As a church spanning across Newbury, Thatcham and its surrounding areas we meet regularly throughout the week to do life together. As a community we aim to be more like Jesus. We believe we are best doing this amongst a diverse group of people who are surrendered to the work of God’s Spirit in our lives.
We were not made to do life alone. We know first hand how God changes lives, transforms souls, minds and bodies! You can experience a very real, personal God who cares for you.
Jesus is the best thing that has ever happened to us therefore we can’t help but share about him. After encountering God you are never the same. There is no looking back! God is not only real but personal. We would love to explain more about why we feel this way.

Yes. Anyone is welcome, if you are worried about judgement or prejudice know that as a community we want everyone to know who Jesus is and have a relationship with him.
That’s completely understandable. It can be a big deal going to place, especially if you don’t know anyone. We have a few thoughts on how we can hopefully ease some nerves;
- Get in touch. If you have questions, are nervous about something or just want to say hello! We can engage in a format that suits you (call, WhatsApp, email).
- Want to see what goes on? Feel free to watch some sermons to see what has happened during previous sundays
- If you are anxious about COVID, feel free to wear a mask or take precautions as you would like – everyone has different comfort levels. We ask that people not judge other peoples comfort levels and respect their boundaries.
