GLENDALE CHURCH IS LED BY A LEADERSHIP TEAM WHICH PRAYERFULLY OVERSEES ALL THE ACTIVITY OF THE CHURCH.
Our Leadership Team includes Christians passionate and gifted in advancing God’s community in Newbury, appointed by the church. While three of the Leadership Team are specifically employed by Glendale, most are volunteers. All bring their diverse life experiences, skills and high-energy ensuring Glendale is representative and in touch with the needs of the community, and is run responsibly.
Each member of the Leadership Team carry specific responsibilities considering their gifting, experience and our needs.
A series of volunteer teams also contribute invaluably to the church eg leading worship, delivering pastoral care, providing hospitality and managing technical equipment.
